We build solutions only — never finished goods: no mass production of end products, no retail, no consumer brand of our own, so we never compete with clients. We own schematics, PCB, firmware, app and compliance; you own product definition, sales and brand.

Ready-made supply: 500–1,000 boards; light customization: no threshold for prototypes (3–5 units), pilot runs from 300–1,000 units; robot programs are project-based. Low-volume pilots are genuinely welcome — scale after validation.

Light customization (housing/parameters): 7-day evaluation, 20–35 day prototypes, 30–45 day pilot; deep customization (with app): 60–90 days; robot platforms: first build in 45–70 days. Start 60 days before peak season.

Light customization includes a usage license; buyout agreements transfer schematic, PCB source and firmware source in full. In all models, your product definitions and sales data remain 100% yours.

Yes. Designs follow target standards from day one (creepage, flame-retardancy, EMC), and most categories have reusable certification templates. Independent certificates are supported via partner labs in ~3–6 weeks.

Custom projects: 30–50% advance, balance by milestone after prototype acceptance; volume orders: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. Corporate transfer and international T/T accepted, per contract.
